ONLINE: Managing Stress with Herbs April 16th & 17th, 11-12:30 EST
One thing I hear again and again is that folks are stressed.
Let's come together and focus on ways to address these stresses using herbs. Feelings of stress touch us all; sometimes affecting every day, or parts of each day. We’ll work with herbs that are safe and effective and explore interventions that are helpful for both young people and adults.
During this online class we’ll talk about how to make various remedies, I’ll demo a few and recipes will be emailed after the workshop.
This is a 3 hour online herb class for people who need to bring their stress levels down, and improve their sleep during these times. The fee is $30 … an excellent investment in your health and that of your family. No prior herbal experience is necessary.
To register, simply send the contact form below.
Payment is accepted in advance (PayPal, Venmo, credit card). Upon registration, you will receive a welcome letter, and a link to this online class.
For more information, or to schedule an online herbal consultation, please email me or contact me on Facebook.
I am continuing to teach and practice at a distance.
Please note: My classes during these covid times are running at 50% off in the belief that herbs will help. Usually, these workshops are offered face to face. Now, however, thanks to conferencing software, we can meet “eyeball to eyeball" online. I look forward to greeting you soon.
Above, you'll see but one piece of Julie Sperling's work. Entitled, "Mississippi Meander", marking the various paths that the Mississippi River has carved over the years. Check out her work! Based in Canada, her mosaics reflect thoughtful ways we connect with the earth.
