September 5-December 5 Combining Herbs for Healing 8-10PM EST online
Working with clients? Or yourself? It's a colorful process and often it's unclear where we go next. You've completed a client intake interview, or a followup. You've masses of notes.
NOW WHAT?
If we addressed everything possible, our clients might well be tied to an herbal medicine chest from morning to night! That's not our aim. If we addressed everything, we might spread healing potentials too thin. That too is not our aim. So where do we start? And in what form do we offer healing herbs? When do we choose between a foot bath or a tincture, an infused oil, an aerosol or a tea? How do we put herbs together?
How do we prioritize our client's concerns and how do we marry these with our own priorities for the client? Of course, "the client" may well be ourselves, a child or work partner or a stranger. And then, of course, we formulate. Do we use simples or pairs? The hows and whys as we develop a protocol, a plan.

Above, you'll see but one piece of Julie Sperling's work. Entitled, "Mississippi Meander", marking the various paths that the Mississippi River has carved over the years. Check out her work! Based in Canada, her mosaics reflect thoughtful ways we connect with the earth.
