I am truly lucky that the breadth and scope of workshops that I enjoy teaching comprises a long and varied list.
I teach on many topics and have yet to shy away from exploring new arenas. Those near and dear to my heart include:
~ making medicines and their various preparation and delivery methods, ~ herbal medicine chests, especially pirate medicine chests and those of other seafarers, ~ food as medicine, including herbal syrups, sodas and cordials, ~ the health of the mouth, its effect on the body and hands-on, how-tos for every day care, ~ system by system approaches to herbal actions - printing cyanotypes ~ clinical work and - herb walks ... let's not forget exploring medicinals in situ. If you're interested in booking a single workshop or a series of events, please send me a request. I'll get back to you soon to discuss details.
After a presentation, Candy wrote: I never really thought about looking into alternative ways to care for one's body. Your presentation style was outstanding.
